PILATES BARRE + BURN
This 50-minute workout combines standing Ballet Barre-based work, low-impact cardio movements, and both classical and contemporary Pilates Mat work for a full-body workout that will leave you feeling stronger, more balanced and connected to your powerhouse (core).
THURSDAYS 5p EST
(B)LOCKED + LOADED
We use a yoga block for this workout that is definitely NOT a yoga class! The block is used to create active resistance and unique balance challenges. Fire it up with some serious cardio and you've got a full-body 50-minute workout with no heavy equipment necessary!
